Pledge Manager Update

First and foremost we sincerely apologise for not updating you sooner and thank you for your incredible patience and support. We’ve been hard at work with our fulfillment teams worldwide and BackerKit to finalise the Pledge Manager.

Post-campaign, we encountered some unexpected complexities with shipping arrangements, which required us to make adjustments. This process has taken longer than we had hoped, but we’re confident the changes will ultimately benefit the majority of our backers.

Initially, our estimated shipping costs were calculated based on weight, which is why higher-tier pledges incurred higher shipping fees. However, with 90% of backers choosing to add additional items during the Kickstarter campaign, calculating accurate shipping costs across multiple waves became increasingly complex and caused several glitches within BackerKit.

After careful consideration, we’ve decided the best solution is to implement a flat base shipping rate within each territory to secure the best price for most backers. This adjustment requires us to ship all items in a single wave, with only an additional shipping cost applied if a table topper is included in the pledge. We’re working closely with our factory to ensure they can meet this single-wave shipping requirement.

While this change means that a small number of backers with lower-tier pledges and no add-ons may see a slightly higher shipping cost, the majority of backers will benefit from a lower, streamlined rate. Additionally, if you wish to add more items to your pledge, your shipping cost will remain the same regardless of the number of items added.

We’re also excited to share that we’re currently conducting a smoke test with the Pledge Manager. Assuming all goes well, we’ll be opening the Pledge Manager to all backers very shortly. Thank you for bearing with us as we complete this critical step!

Hi everyone,

We wanted to update you on the status of the Pledge Manager. While we had hoped to announce its launch by now, we recently discovered a few glitches with the shipping rates for a small number of pledges across both Wave 1 and Wave 2 shipping.

We’re working hard to resolve this issue and are confident that the Pledge Manager will be ready soon. We really appreciate your patience and understanding as we finalise everything.

As soon as the Pledge Manager is ready, we’ll notify you immediately.

It's Over Already?!

We can't believe our second Kickstarter has already come to an end. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us throughout the years and to those of you who are new! This project has truly been a labour of love and we are so excited to get started on this next step.🌟

A mysterious black hole has emerged in the heart of your galactic arena! This space oddity sits on the table, acting as an obstacle. If your piece gets flicked into the black hole, it’s instantly out of play and removed from the table. The void of this black hole adds an exciting twist, forcing you to think strategically as you navigate your way to victory in the battle for the galaxy!
